Job summary

UnionBank is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of digital banking programs and technology projects from Ortigas, Pasig City. You will ensure timely, on-budget delivery aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards, while guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, risk oversight, and continuous improvement to enhance customer experiences and operational excellence in digital services.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or digital delivery management within banking or technology-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and SDLC practices.
• Ability to manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of digital banking projects and programs.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and approved scope.
• Facilitate collaboration among business units, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Review designs and approaches with architects and technical teams.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths.
