Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements in a collaborative environment in Metro Manila.

You will translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and work with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation. The role requires experience in SDLC, agile/waterfall methodologies, and conducting UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Experience creating BRD/FRD and user stories.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into clear system requirements.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with UAT and functional testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, processes, and pain points.
• Translate requirements into functional requirements and specifications.
• Conduce requirements gathering sessions, interviews, workshops, and discussions.
• Analyze existing processes and identify improvements.
• Create and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation.
• Clarify requirements and provide functional support through development lifecycle.
• Assist in UAT by preparing test scenarios and coordinating with users.
• Track requirements, issues, changes, and dependencies throughout project.
