Job summary

Bank of Commerce (Philippines) seeks an experienced Business Analyst to facilitate collaboration between business and IT for technology solution delivery. You will gather requirements, translate them into efficient system designs, and document processes using BRDs.

You will also prototype flows, coordinate with stakeholders, and support testing and change requests to maximize business value and ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Monitors engagement with stakeholders to define requirements.
• Prepares Business Requirement Documents (BRD) capturing business processes in business terms.
• Supports testing and ensures change requests align with specifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitors engagement with stakeholders in defining requirements
• Assists the Project Manager in facilitating discussions with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and operations requirements and systems goals
• Performs prototyping (storyboarding, navigation flow, paper prototyping, screen flows)
• Prepares BRD documenting new business process flows written in business terminology
• Acts as conduit between Infrastructure and Operations Division of DSG, the Bank's Business Units, and outsourced provider to ensure deliverables meet requirements
• Manages and tracks change requests; endorses Change Request for testing to Production Support and QA
• Provides assistance and facilitates walkthroughs for Production Support/QA prior to/during testing
• Prepares periodic reports on project status, progress, risks, deadlines and resource requirements
• Maintains vendor relationships and rationalizes demand inflow to streamline delivery and empower business users
