Job summary

Coven Information Technology Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will gather requirements, map processes, document BRD and FSD, and support delivery to ensure objectives are achieved. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, have 2+ years in a BA or similar role, and experience with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Create BRD, FSD, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT, defect management, and solution validation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist in change management, training, and post-implementation support.
