APW Tech is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a Bachelor's in IT and 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services, to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with agile teams.

The ideal candidate excels in MS Excel, has experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, ERP systems like Oracle EBS, SSRS, and is familiar with wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq; thrives under pressure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
Strategic and analytical mindset with strong business requirements experience.
3-5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in Financial Services.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, ERP solutions, Oracle EBS and SSRS desirable.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, reporting, data analysis).
Exposure to wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
Experience with project management tools and requirements management processes.
Able to work in fast-paced Agile and Waterfall environments.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Must handle high-pressure environments, individually or in a team.
