Umpisa Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT systems and new features. You will lead requirements activities with business users and development teams to ensure clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.

The role emphasizes collaboration across stakeholders and a strong SDLC foundation. Responsibilities include creating BRD/BPD/RTM artifacts, supporting planning and testing, and translating business needs into actionable specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in Software Engineering, Software Testing, or IT implementation projects.
• Experience with BRD, BPD, and RTM.
• Understanding of SDLC, project documentation, standards, and methodologies.
• Experience tracking project requirements, deliverables, issues, risks, and dependencies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT systems, enhancements, and new features.
• Lead requirements gathering and project activities with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support project planning, tracking, and monitoring of requirements and dependencies.
• Evaluate existing processes and systems, identify needs, and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discussions to elicit and validate requirements.
• Prepare and maintain BRD for use throughout development, testing, and implementation.
• Develop BPD to guide business users during and after implementation.
• Create RTM to track requirements and ensure proper delivery and validation.
