Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to influence executive strategy through data-driven storytelling. You will mentor stakeholders, oversee synthesis of complex data into actionable frameworks, and lead the design of reporting ecosystems in collaboration with Data Visualization and Engineering teams.

You will translate technical findings into strategic roadmaps for business partners and ensure reporting outputs align with core KPIs and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to run rigorous statistical analysis on labeling outputs and determine testing or sampling needed to improve classifiers.
• Ability to independently query and extract raw labeling data to support dashboards and reports.
• Translate complex statistical findings into clear, actionable dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Strategic storytelling to translate datasets into high-level business narratives influencing executive strategy.
• Oversee synthesis of data into actionable frameworks prioritised by business impact.
• Serve as primary consultant to business partners, translating findings into executive-ready steps and strategic roadmaps.
• Define roadmap for ad-hoc and automated reporting aligned with core KPIs and long-term objectives.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with Data Visualization and Engineering to build scalable reporting ecosystems.
