TaskUs is seeking a BI Analyst to act as a strategic advisor across business functions. You will provide key insights, build models, forecast outcomes, and develop reports using SQL and Power BI to inform leadership decisions.

The role demands 3+ years in data analytics, strong SQL, Power BI experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, map data processes, and drive efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science, data analysis, analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Extremely proficient in SQL; experience with R, Python is a plus.
• 2+ years' Experience with PowerBI.
• Experience in exploratory data analysis, prototyping, testing hypotheses, modeling business processes, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, build models, test hypotheses, forecast performance, create Power BI reports, and write SQL scripts.
• Extract insights from data activities to inform business decisions.
• Use descriptive and diagnostic analytics to develop actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Define metrics that are independent, holistic, accurate, and aligned with company strategy.
• Manage relationships and small projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Map business processes to their data flows and identify efficiency opportunities.
