Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Brand & Influencer Partnerships Lead to own how our brands show up through ambassadors, KOLs, and micro-influencers—spotting the right fit, building partnerships, and running campaigns that move the business. This role blends strategy, creativity, and relationship management in the beauty and wellness space, globally and locally.

Based in the Philippines, you’ll work on-site in Makati, weekdays.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of influencer/KOL marketing, brand partnerships, or talent management.
• Experience at a creative, media, or influencer marketing agency, or brand-side in FMCG, telco, fintech, retail, or services.

Responsibilities

• Build Influencer & KOL Strategy for each brand.
• Manage Partnerships End-to-End with ambassadors and management teams.
• Drive Campaigns & Brand Visibility through authentic programs and content.
• Collaborate & Lead cross-functional Brand Marketing teams.
• Own the Budget and ensure campaigns stay on time and within spend.
