Marie France Group of Companies is seeking a Brand & Influencer Partnerships Lead to own how our brands appear through ambassadors, KOLs, and micro-influencers—from spotting the right fit to building the partnership and running campaigns that move the business. This role blends strategy, creativity, and relationship management at the intersection of brand marketing and influencer culture.

You’ll work on-site in Makati, lead cross-functional teams, and drive growth in the beauty and wellness

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, brand partnerships, or talent management.
• Experience with creator/agency relationships and managing partnerships.
• Strong English communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build Influencer & KOL strategy to fit each brand's direction and goals.
• Manage partnerships end-to-end with ambassadors, KOLs, and their teams.
• Draft and negotiate contracts prioritizing brand interests.
• Track deliverables, renewals, and terms to stay on schedule.
• Lead ambassador/KOL participation across campaigns and content production.
• Own budget and optimize cost-efficiency for future campaigns.
