Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled influencer marketing professional to identify, recruit, and manage KOLs aligned with our brand goals in the Philippines. You will track campaign performance, coordinate posting schedules, and negotiate deals and contracts with influencers and agencies.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with FMCG/Health sectors. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms is essential to drive impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in influencer/KOL management.
• Experience within FMCG and Health industry; beauty/supplements is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs/influencers aligned with brand goals.
• Track and measure performance of KOL campaigns and deliverables.
• Coordinate posting schedules and monitor campaign results.
• Negotiate deals, budgeting, contracts and influencer rates.
• Build relationships with KOLs and agencies to support brand goals.
