The role requires strategic leadership, business development, and autonomous management of multiple accounts with a data-driven mindset. Fluency in English is essential; Madrid-based hybrid remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within media agencies or ad-tech.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop commercial agreements with media agencies.
• Manage commercial relationships with active and potential clients, expanding the portfolio.
