Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an ICT System Administrator to implement and execute the group ICT and technology strategy, oversee day-to-day ICT activities, and provide technical escalation from the Service Desk for secure, efficient systems.

The role requires strong cloud, networking, and security knowledge with a focus on operational excellence, audits, and policy compliance. You will lead the System Administration team, manage budgets, and ensure projects align with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years in ICT System Administration or similar role.
• Proficiency in cloud-based systems and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement uplift/improvement projects for ICT and security platforms.
• Oversee day-to-day ICT activities and ensure systems remain operational.
• Develop and manage operational budgets for ICT and Technology.
• Ensure compliance with Group ICT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Perform regular audits, incident response, and documentation maintenance.
