Job summary

PM Consulting in Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our cybersecurity strategy, governance, and security operations. The role requires directing enterprise-wide security initiatives to protect systems, data, and infrastructure from evolving threats.

The CISO will build and mentor teams, partner with executives to align security with business goals, and drive cloud security and incident response programs across large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years in cybersecurity or information security within enterprise or large-scale technology environments.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience managing cybersecurity teams and programs.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001 and related governance models.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, automation, and modern security architectures.
• Experience leading enterprise security operations, governance, risk management, and incident response initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for executive engagement.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the organization’s long-term cybersecurity roadmap and strategy.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and operational controls.
• Lead risk management, data protection, identity and access management, and CSPM/CIEM efforts.
• Oversee security operations and incident response, improving detection, monitoring, and response.
• Drive cloud and emerging technology security across platforms and development processes.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align security initiatives with objectives.
