Job summary

IXS Commercial Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Valenzuela, Philippines, to manage strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities within the ICT reseller and system integrator market.

Qualifications

5–7 years of ICT sales, account management, or system integration experience.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.
Strong knowledge of ICT products and solutions (networking, cloud, hardware, cybersecurity).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite.
Sales methodologies certifications (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC) or vendor certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned key accounts with focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Lead regular client meetings, QBRs, and solution presentations.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet/exceed sales targets.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs and portfolio.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored ICT solutions.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, bundling, and incentives.
Maintain CRM records with pipelines, forecasts, and client activity.
Mentor junior staff and collaborate with internal departments to ensure delivery.
