Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company seeks an experienced PMO & Change Management Lead for the PH market. You will drive deployment governance, change strategy, and stakeholder engagement across DMS, ERP, and CRM projects to enable adoption and sustained value.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, readiness assessments, and effective communications to local partners and leadership during deployment and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Strong PMO and project management experience.
• Proven change management experience in transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.
• Experience with ERP, DMS, CRM or similar platforms.
• Ability to drive organizational adoption and sustained change.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment plans, milestones, governance and reporting.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation actions; provide executive updates.
• Develop and execute change management strategies; readiness reviews and adoption plans.
• Create and localize communications and change materials for stakeholders.
• Support post go-live adoption and stabilization activities; monitor feedback.
