Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a skilled PMO & Change Management Lead for the Philippine market to drive the deployment, adoption, and sustained use of the Distributor Management System (DMS). You will oversee governance, communications, and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams and systems including Salesforce and S/4HANA.

Strong PMO and Project Management Experience
Proven Change Management Experience
Experience with ERP, DMS , CRM or similar platforms
Ability to drive organizational adoption and sustained change
Experience within the CPG / FMCG industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

Manage deployment plans, milestones, governance and reporting for DMS implementations.
Track risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation actions across markets.
Provide executive updates and escalation management to leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and deployment stakeholders across functions.
