Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Supply Chain Go-To-Market teams in the Philippines. You will drive workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development to enable operational excellence.

In a fast-paced manufacturing setting, you’ll partner with leaders to deliver end-to-end HR solutions, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and foster an engaging, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience or 3–5 years in HRBP/HR Manager roles.
• Strong experience in managing employee and labor relations.
• Experience in supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor code and employment legislation.
• End-to-end thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnering with SC GTM leadership to align people plans with business goals.
• Lead employee relations investigations, disputes and policy guidance.
• Drive talent review, succession planning, and capability development.
• Forecast workforce needs with finance and drive recruitment for key roles.
• Oversee learning programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Promote engagement, culture, inclusion, and recognition programs.
• Collaborate on compensation reviews and market benchmarking.
• Ensure HR governance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Provide workforce analytics and actionable insights to leadership.
