Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to be based in London. You will partner with multiple business units in a commodities trading environment, implementing HR policies and initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

You will develop an employer brand, manage HR budgets, and lead talent development, acquisition and risk mitigation while supporting performance management and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in HR.
• 6–8 years in an HR role within commodities or trading.
• Experience scaling HR processes across multiple locations.
• Proficient with Digital HR tools for recruitment and performance management.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage HR data.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR business partner across multiple units in a commodities trading environment.
• Implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain an employer brand through recruitment campaigns and events.
• Prepare HR budgets aligned with business objectives and hiring needs.
• Lead talent development, acquisition and risk mitigation, supporting performance management and engagement.
