Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Dubai team. You will develop and execute HR strategies, support expatriate onboarding and relocation, and partner with leadership to drive a high-performance culture in a multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate has HR experience in a commodity trading house or related field and strong expertise in UAE labour laws, talent management, and succession planning, with excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR function within a commodity trading house (dry bulk preferred).
• Strong track record in talent management, leadership development and succession planning.
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Drive learning and development initiatives to support career progression.
• Collaborate with leadership on organisational change and team engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and manage expatriate services including onboarding and relocation.
