Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruitment.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
• Experience with social media recruitment and digital job marketing is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
• Conduct initial assessments of candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with client organisations
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and organised records of all candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to expand our talent pool
• Support the onboarding process for successfully placed candidates
• Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of our recruitment processes
• Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and company policies throughout all recruitment activities
