I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an HR Employee Engagement professional to join our Human Resources team in Legazpi City, Albay. This full-time role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture and boosting employee satisfaction across our organisation.

The successful candidate will design engagement programmes, coordinate events, run surveys, and develop communications that align with company values. 1–5 years of experience in HR engagement or operations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in employee engagement or HR operations.
• Proven track record designing and implementing engagement programmes with measurable results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute employee engagement programmes, initiatives and events that align with company values and objectives.
• Develop and implement recognition and rewards programmes to celebrate achievements.
• Conduct surveys, focus groups and feedback sessions to gather insights on satisfaction.
• Create internal communications strategies for consistent, engaging messaging across the organisation.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify engagement challenges and co-develop solutions.
• Coordinate team building activities, training workshops and professional development opportunities.
• Monitor engagement metrics and report to senior management.
• Support development of handbooks, policies and resources promoting engagement and culture.
• Act as liaison between management and employees to foster open communication.

About the role

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking an HR Employee Engagement professional to join our Human Resources team in Legazpi City, Albay. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction across our organisation. As an HR Employee Engagement specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that strengthen employee morale, retention and overall organisational performance. Your work will directly impact the employee experience and contribute to building a more engaged and motivated workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute employee engagement programmes, initiatives and events that align with company values and business objectives
• Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programmes to celebrate achievements and foster a positive workplace culture
• Conduct employee surveys, focus groups and feedback sessions to gather insights into employee satisfaction and areas for improvement
• Create and manage internal communication strategies to ensure consistent, transparent and engaging messaging across all levels of the organisation
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify engagement challenges and co-develop solutions tailored to team needs
• Coordinate team building activities, training workshops and professional development opportunities
• Monitor and analyse employee engagement metrics and trends, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management
• Support the development of employee handbooks, policies and resources that promote engagement and organisational culture
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster open communication and address concerns
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications or a related field
• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in employee engagement, HR operations or a similar HR-related role
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing employee engagement programmes with measurable results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative engagement solutions
• Experience with survey tools and employee feedback platforms is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
