Job summary

Prifood Corporation in Cebu City is seeking a senior HR and Administrative Services leader to oversee HR, payroll, benefits, training, compliance, and facilities. You will drive workforce development, culture, and governance while partnering with business heads to implement policy and process enhancements.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing HR, ISO standards, and strategic advisory capabilities, with a focus on aligning people initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• College degree graduate in Psychology, LLB, Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Industry relevant manufacturing experience minimum of 10 years in managerial capacity or minimum of 5 years in a senior supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of human resource principles and practices.
• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Information technology skills application (SAP, EXACT, CITRIX, ORACLE, ERIC, ACCPAC)
• Experience in ISO Certified Company. With working background in Good Manufacturing Practices; Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation Standards; and HACCP Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR services and act as primary contact for internal clients.
• Plan manpower, source, screen, and select to hire the right people on time.
• Administer compensation policies including payroll processing and performance management systems.
• Promote employee welfare policies and develop benefits programs in line with gov’t requirements.
• Develop culture, implement conduct code, and resolve employee issues.
• Coordinate development needs analysis and learning interventions; measure impact.
• Ensure ISO 9000:2015, ISO 14000 and OHSAS compliance.
• Manage administrative services and budget expenditures; oversee security and facilities.
