Job summary

VIVANT CORPORATION is seeking a People Advisor to lead end-to-end HR initiatives that attract, engage, retain, and develop talent across the organization. You will support Business People Partners and line managers with data management, iHRIS administration, and full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5–7 years in HR Staff/HR Generalist role across multiple HR domains.
• Proven skills in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
• Experience managing organization data and HRIS data entry/reporting.
• Background in learning needs analysis and training logistics.
• Strong program management and facilitation; lead standardized HR programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Certified HR Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end HR initiatives to attract, engage, retain and develop talent.
• Support BPPs and line managers with data management, iHRIS, requisitions, and full-cycle talent acquisition.
• Drive employee engagement, learning and development programs, and performance management.
• Handle internal transfers, event execution, and offboarding workflows.
• Act as a Practice Leader for assigned People Programs to standardize HR practices.
