Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V Branch is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to assigned departments in Quezon City. The role focuses on employee relations, talent retention, onboarding, and organizational development to enhance employee experience.

You will collaborate with program leaders to address HR concerns, drive performance management, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO/Call Center, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation are required.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations, talent retention and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR service to assigned accounts and departments.
• Advise on HR best practices and handle disciplinary actions when needed.
• Support onboarding, employee relations, retention and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and targets.
• Manage payroll movement and HR data issues in coordination with other teams.
• Prepare and submit reports by deadlines and propose system/process improvements.
