Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent with relevant HR experience.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations, performance, and change.
• Project coordination or management experience is a plus.
• Discretion with sensitive information and strong ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to support compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development.
• Advise leaders on policy interpretation and employment legislation across regions.
• Drive organisational change initiatives and communicate people strategies for business results.
• Investigate employee concerns and guide managers through disciplinary matters.
• Contribute to engagement, onboarding, restructuring and cross-functional projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR practices and local laws across the region.
