Manager title reflect leadership scope in succession planning, performance management, and leadership development. You will design governance, drive analytics, manage talent reviews, support organizational design, and ensure a strong talent pipeline across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of HR experience in Talent Management, OD, or HRBP.
• Strong data analytics and HR dashboarding skills.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with competency frameworks and assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership, governance, reporting and accountability for succession planning and management.
• Oversee career management, internal mobility, and development initiatives.
• Lead performance management initiatives and leadership development programs.
• Drive talent reviews, succession pipelines, and HiPo programs.
• Support competency framework updates, culture-building, engagement and change management.
• Collaborate with HR COEs, PBPs, and senior leaders to tailor bank-wide programs.
