Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Talent Management Officer in Taguig (BGC) with a hybrid work arrangement. You will lead end-to-end talent initiatives, including succession planning, performance management and leadership development, partnering with HR leaders to strengthen our talent pipeline.

You will support governance of org structures, drive workforce analytics, and collaborate across HR COEs to align programs with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 4–7 years HR experience, preferably in Talent Management, OD or HRBP.
• Experience with performance management and talent reviews.
• Strong understanding of talent processes and HR analytics.
• Proficient facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with competency frameworks and assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management and leadership development.
• Partner with HR COEs, PBPs and senior leaders to design and execute talent interventions.
• Govern job descriptions and organizational structures, ensuring audit readiness.
• Drive workforce analytics, dashboards and data-driven decision making.
• Manage talent review cycles, HiPo programs and succession pipelines.
• Support competency framework updates and culture-building initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
