Job summary

East West Banking Corporation in Taguig (BGC) is seeking an experienced Talent Management Officer to lead enterprise-wide talent initiatives. The role focuses on succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and ongoing partnership with HR leaders to build a strong talent pipeline.

The candidate will collaborate with HR teams to design governance structures, drive organizational effectiveness, and pilot innovative talent programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business or related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 7 years of HR experience, preferably in Talent Management, OD, or HRBP functions.
• Strong understanding of talent processes.
• Data analytics and HR dashboarding skills.
• Good facilitation and presentation capability; strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with competency frameworks and assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with Talent Management Head to design and govern succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Govern career management including internal mobility, job rotations, and cross-entity mobility.
• Lead performance management initiatives and collaborate with Strategy & Transformation Office and Enterprise Management Office.
• Drive talent reviews, succession pipelines, HiPo programs, and leadership development interventions.
• Partner with HR COEs, PBPs, and senior leaders to align bank-wide talent programs.
• Support competency framework updates, culture-building, engagement and change management initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
