• Champions employee engagement initiatives and leads programs to enhance employee relations.
• Represents the organization in government-initiated learning programs about labor laws.
• Guides line managers on fair, consistent Code of Conduct application.
• Develops, proposes, and manages HR programs within budget.
• Oversees workforce planning and documentation completion.
• Maintains and reviews job competency matrices and documentation.
• Leads recruitment from interviews to timely hiring for key positions.
• Maintains training records and related development documentation.
