Job summary

The Jollibee Group in Calamba, Laguna is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR support, drive employee engagement, and align people strategies with business goals.

You will lead recruitment, manage labor relations, ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct, and oversee training records and program budgets, partnering with line managers across designated accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as HR Business Partner, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation, and job analysis.

Responsibilities

• Champions employee engagement and drives employee relations across accounts.
• Represents the company in government labor programs and applies them in the workplace.
• Guides line managers on the fair implementation of the Code of Conduct.
• Develops and manages HR programs and budgets.
• Oversees workforce planning and required documentation.
• Develops and reviews job competency matrices with thorough documentation.
• Leads recruitment from interviews to timely hires for key positions.
• Maintains and verifies training records for development programs.
