Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks an HR Business Partner (Specialist) to drive engagement, address employee relations, and align people strategies with business goals. The role covers labor law programs, Code of Conduct guidance, and end-to-end HR processes.

You will support managers, manage HR programs within budget, oversee workforce planning, and lead recruitment for key positions in Canlubang, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• 2+ years as HR Business Partner, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, job evaluation, and job analysis.
• Experience across engagement, relations, talent acquisition and development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Champions employee engagement initiatives and programs across accounts.
• Represents the company in government learning programs on labor laws.
• Guides line managers on Code of Conduct implementation.
• Develops and manages HR programs within budget.
• Oversees workforce planning and documentation.
• Maintains job competency matrices and documentation accuracy.
• Leads recruitment from interviews to hiring for key roles.
• Maintains training records and development documentation.
