Job summary

VXI Global Holdings BV (Philippines) seeks a People and Culture Business Partner Officer in Manila to act as a trusted advisor to business units, translating objectives into HR solutions and fostering a positive, engaging work environment.

You will partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change, while staying compliant with Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder influence.
• Proven ability to analyze HR data and identify trends.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and employees to understand business needs and develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with VXI GLOBAL HOLDINGS BV (PHILIPPINES)'s overall goals.
• Provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits, and organizational change.
• Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and compliance concerns, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to drive employee growth and productivity.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to support recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Champion VXI GLOBAL HOLDINGS BV (PHILIPPINES)'s culture and values, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
• Stay abreast of labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics to enhance employee and manager capabilities.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services.
