Job summary

SYMPHONY in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead compensation and benefits administration, ensuring timely payroll processing and regulatory compliance.

You will collect time records, coordinate with Finance, prepare payroll advisories, and generate HR reports including 13th month pay, SSS/PHIC/Pag-IBIG remittances, and annual tax submissions. The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to manage processes with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of timekeeping and payroll processes.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Leadership experience in a payroll/HR function.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation and benefits programs and payroll processes.
• Collect Daily Time Records from all branches and ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Coordinate with Finance & Accounting Manager on bank remittances and payroll advisories.
• Monitor leaves, calculate cash commutation for unused leaves, and prepare reports.
• Process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and 13th month pay.
• Prepare annual Withholding Tax Report and DOLE 13th Month Report.
• Maintain HR dashboard and submit HR reports (Payroll, Attendance, Salary updates).
• Update Employee Loan Records and other HR data on schedule.
