Job summary

Union Galvasteel Corporation seeks an experienced HR leader to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives across performance, talent development, and organizational development. You will align HR strategy with business objectives while driving employee engagement and leadership development.

The role includes overseeing HRIS data management, compensation alignment, and QEHS compliance to support a high-performing, compliant workforce in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong background in performance management, talent development, and organizational development.
• Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Experience in driving employee engagement and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and labor laws.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
