Job summary

SINOBEST REFRIGERATION INC. in Rizal, Philippines, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, organizational development, and employee relations on site in Cainta.

The role directs on-site HR staff, develops policies, ensures labor law compliance, and drives training and performance management in the Refrigeration & Construction industry. A Bachelor’s degree and proven HR leadership are required; strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven HR leadership experience in Refrigeration/Construction or related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and culture.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies for the industry.
• Create and deliver employee training programs for development.
• Maintain HR policies and communicate them across the organization.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and PI plans.
• Drive employee engagement and promote a culture of inclusivity.
• Provide HR guidance to management on strategic initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and report trends to senior management.
