Job summary

Connext, a Philippines-based HR and BPO partner, seeks an HR Manager – Human Resources and People & Culture to drive strategic HR business partnering and employee relations for a USA client. You will lead retention initiatives, performance management, and HRBP services across units.

You will guide leaders on employment law, compliance, and case handling while strengthening HR support and stakeholder management in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Expert in Philippine labor laws and HR compliance with 3+ years handling due process, terminations, statutory pay, DOLE/NLRC matters.
• Experience in BPO, shared services, or high-growth environments preferred.
• Experience managing HRBP teams across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Directors and Operations Leaders to align HRBP priorities with operations.
• Drive performance management including goal-setting and reviews; address underperformance.
• Lead and develop the HRBP team and ensure consistent practice across units.
• Oversee employee relations across business units including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations.
• Provide guidance on due process and case management.
