Job summary

Twoconnect Careers in the Philippines seeks a Senior HR Manager to lead the People & Culture function, delivering HR strategies, programs and operations aligned with business goals.

You will guide employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, compliance and governance, while partnering with leaders to drive talent, culture and organizational effectiveness. Hybrid work model; strong compensation and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership or management role.
• Experience leading HR functions within a BPO, RPO, offshoring, MSP, or similar outsourced services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR management and advisory to senior leadership and department heads.
• Lead and mentor the People & Culture (HR) team to high performance and growth.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances and investigations, and policy application.
• Manage HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS access, and records management for timely reporting.
• Lead staff learning and development to address capability gaps.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, regulatory requirements and ISO documentation.
