Job summary

PM Consulting in Calamba, Laguna is seeking an HR Head to provide strategic leadership across the full spectrum of Human Resources, aligning people strategies with business goals and long-term growth.

The ideal candidate is a senior HR leader with extensive experience in labor relations, union management, and employee relations within large-scale organizations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sectors, and with strong C-suite partnering.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience in labor relations, union management and employee relations.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, NLRC, NCMB) and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR function and people strategy, aligning with business goals.
• Provide strategic counsel to Top Management on workforce strategy and labor matters.
• Oversee labor relations, union management strategy, and CBA administration.
• Develop labor relations strategies to promote workplace stability and constructive management-union relationships.
• Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
