Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
Post-graduate qualification in HR and/or membership of a professional body is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience leading strategic and operational HR functions at senior levels.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the Manila HR function to support growth and regional alignment.
Advise Directors and senior leaders on people strategy and risk management.
Develop workforce planning, talent programs and succession planning.
Oversee employee lifecycle, performance, and investigations with compliance.
