Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR operations for multinational/enterprise organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms for managing employee data and analyzing HR metrics.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise-wide people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design to support long‑term business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership and Corporate HR to drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including Office Administration services, to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Identify and mitigate HR‑related operational risks, including regulatory compliance and workforce fluctuations, while developing business continuity plans.
• Coaching and mentoring HR teams through structured one‑on‑one sessions covering career goals, performance feedback, and skill development.
• Leverage HR analytics and workforce metrics to identify trends, inform business decisions, and improve engagement, retention, and productivity.
• Managing the HR budget, including cost control and financial analysis specific to HR functions.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for HR‑related matters with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external partners.
