Brookside Manpower Services is seeking an HR Generalist to join our HR team in Baguio City, Benguet. This full-time role focuses on supporting broad HR functions, bridging employees and management to keep the workforce engaged, compliant, and performing at their best.

You will handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, policy development, training, and confidential record-keeping in a dynamic, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations and benefits administration.
• Discretion and professionalism with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Administer employee relations, performance management and engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
• Develop and maintain HR documentation, policies and procedures.
