Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separations. You will support onboarding, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and OSH, while partnering with leaders to implement HR policies.

You will handle attendance, records, IDs, benefits administration, and assist in performance management and employee relations, ensuring a smooth, compliant HR operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as HRBP or HR generalist.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and Philippine Labor Code.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to separations.
• Support onboarding and orientation, ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements.
• Process employee movements and maintain accurate HR master data.
• Provide day-to-day HR operations support for attendance, records, IDs, uniforms, compensation and benefits.
• Support performance management through reviews, regularization, and development plans.
• Handle employee relations concerns, ensure due process, and monitor policy compliance.
