• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 5–6 years of HR experience.
• Experience across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development.

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of HR services, programs, and initiatives.
