You will collaborate with People Leaders on employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and workforce planning, delivering HR programs that align with business objectives and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• With 5 to 6 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledgeable in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with leaders and employees across different levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units.
• Provide guidance and support to People Leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Ensure the timely and effective delivery of HR services, programs, and initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Support organizational growth by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
