Job summary

Oxfam Pilipinas is seeking a senior HR and Administration leader to design and implement a forward-looking HR strategy aligned with our mission in the Philippines. You will provide governance on talent management, recruitment, rewards, performance, and culture, while ensuring compliance with local laws and safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• Degree in psychology, human resources, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR and administration with 3+ in management.
• Knowledge of HR theory and practice, employee relations and development.
• Experience in leadership capacity, strategic HR, budgeting and gender mainstreaming.

Responsibilities

• Leads design and implementation of an HR strategy aligned to organizational goals.
• Provides leadership on HR policy, talent management, recruitment and rewards.
• Oversees performance management, staff development, and workforce planning.
• Manages payroll, benefits, safeguarding, and compliance with local laws.
• Coordinates with NGOs and partners on HR policy, culture and workplace relations.
• Drives a culture of feedback, learning and youth-inclusive gender equality.
