Job summary

San Pablo Colleges Medical Center (SPCMC) seeks a dynamic Sales Officer to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships in the Batangas and Calamba areas. You will manage assigned territories, develop new business opportunities, and ensure excellent client service to position SPCMC as a preferred healthcare provider.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of sales experience (healthcare preferred), and strong communication/negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with field sales exposure.
• Healthcare or hospital sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledgeable in consultative selling techniques.
• Experience in sales planning and forecasting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Batangas and Calamba areas.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive growth within assigned territory/accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for SPCMC services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client needs and coordination.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans.
• Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Track performance vs. targets and implement corrective strategies.
• Manage account-related expenses effectively.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports.
