• Ability to maintain accurate sales records in CRM.
• Strong communication with stakeholders in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new accounts within the healthcare sector, particularly hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Manage and grow existing healthcare and hospital accounts to maximize business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital key stakeholders, including purchasing/procurement personnel and key decision-makers.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
• Prepare and submit accurate Sales Orders, quotations, and proposals for approval.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned healthcare and hospital accounts.
• Provide timely support and resolution to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update activities in the CRM or reporting system.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
