The role involves identifying client needs, presenting suitable solutions, and working toward monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets while coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Medical Science, Healthcare, or related field.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
• Existing network within hospitals or healthcare organizations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Results-driven with ability to meet sales and collection targets.
• Organized and able to manage multiple client accounts and activities.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s portfolio of healthcare products.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Meet with clients to identify needs and recommend products.
• Present and promote products, including new offerings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow up on opportunities, quotations, orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely processing and delivery.
• Monitor customer accounts and assist in timely receivables collection.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
• Monitor market activities and competitor developments.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
