Etiqa Life & General Assurance Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to manage the full cycle of group health and protection programs, from prospecting and onboarding to policy servicing, renewals and relationship management for corporate and individual clients.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinate with underwriting and actuarial teams, and tailor employee-benefit solutions to client needs while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in employee benefits, group health, or life insurance account management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance servicing, including policy administration and claims processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Oversee quotation, proposal preparation, actuarial and underwriting coordination, policy issuance, billing, and claims facilitation.
• Recommend and customize employee-benefit or health-related insurance solutions to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor policy expirations, prepare renewal terms, and lead negotiations to maintain strong retention rates.
• Coordinate with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and finance teams to resolve inquiries and deliver timely solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to provide expert guidance to clients.
